Meet and Eat Dinner with Rachel Allen at The Church Restaurant
Ireland’s ‘Queen of Cuisine’ Rachel Allen prepares a 3-course dinner & wine menu for you at The Church Bar & Restaurant. This evening’s experience will allow you to meet Rachel Allen herself, while enjoying three tasty wine-paired dishes, and tea or coffee to follow at the end. She will be on-hand to deliver one of the most exciting experiences for the inaugural DublinTown Food & Drink Festival.

Enjoy a French Cooking Demo at Le Petit Parisien
Experience in house cooking and baking session with house chef and baker, Penny Plunkett looking at both sweet and savory. All customers will learn how to make different variations of the Croque Monsieur & Croque Madame and topped off with a chocolate tart for dessert with a complimentary tea or coffee.

A well-prepared steak is one of life’s great pleasures! For the first time ever FIRE Restaurant and Lounge are offering guests the chance to learn how to cook the perfect steak and learn expert tips from their Executive Chef, Richie Wilson who is also the Executive Chef of SOLE Seafood and Grill. Guests will enjoy the steak they have cooked with a selection of sides but not before learning to pour the perfect pint of FIRE 1864, FIRE’s very own craft beer, to accompany their perfectly cooked steak.
