Enjoy a sushi and craft beer pairing with Yamamori Head Chef Marcus Davies and The Porterhouse Brewery
Irish seafood sushi demo, this evening’s experience is prepared by Yamamori North Head Chef Marcus Davies. He will present a history and heritage of sushi and where its origins are based, reflecting how we Irish love to eat sushi today. Showcasing the superb quality of what our Emerald Isle offers, Irish seafood will be brought to the chef’s table where you’ll sit to really enjoy the signature dishes at Yamamori.
They will then have an introduction and tasting to Irish award-winning craft brewery, The Porterhouse. You will sip, sample, taste and match beers to freshly cut sashimi and Nigiri. This event is not to be missed for sushi and craft beers lovers!
