To celebrate DublinTown Food & Drink Festival 2019, Blazing Salads are setting up outside their Drury Street shop. This FREE event will feature two cooking demonstrations, at 12.30pm and 5.30pm on Thursday October 17th.
These cooking demos will showcase showing how to make their cucumber and Irish wakame sea vegetable salad and give a talk about the benefits of using sea vegetables in your diet. As it is to promote Taste the Island, Blazing Salads will also be promoting the Irish seaweeds they use.
They will stay open until later in the evening, while giving out free samples and additional recipes of their food, promoting and talking to people about the benefits of eating wholefoods, vegan and vegetarian food.
A number of their suppliers will also set up sampling stations including Synerchi Kombucha, which is also made in Ireland, and their fresh Kefir supplier, which is made in Dublin.
