Learn from the master, with Executive Head Chef Tao at Saba, in this Thai masterclass at Saba
Arrive at 5.30pm to Saba Clarendon where you will be welcomed with an amuse-bouche.
Their Head Chef Taweesak will cook and explain some of his favourite Thai dishes and will show you some recipes that you can try at home too. Taweesak will explain some of the authentic Thai ingredients that they use in their dishes and give you some tips that you can use when cooking Thai food.
While Taweesak is talking you through some of the dishes you will be served a starter from a menu created by Executive Head Chef Tao for this special experience. This will be followed by a carefully created cocktail from their mixologist Ronnie, who will create and explain the two tantalizing cocktails that you will be served on the night. Once you have gotten a look into Saba’s cocktail creations you will then be served your main course and another cocktail. This will be followed by dessert to finish the evening.
Please note tickets are limited to 20 people so be sure to book in advance!
